Hall Rental

The Leipsic Volunteer Fire Company offers a full service banquet facility. The hall is located at the Leipsic Volunteer Fire Company at 318 Main St in Leipsic. Meals can be catered by the Ladies Auxilary of the Leipsic Fire Company or by an outside caterer on a limited basis. They can handle small or large banquets up to 350 people. CATERED EVENTS INFORMATION

The Ladies Auxiliary of the Leipsic Fire Company would like to thank you for your considering us to cater your next event. We hope we can make your next event a most memorable one for you. Contained below is all the information you will need to assist you in answering your questions and selecting an appropriate menu.

DINNER INCLUDES: Your choice of one (1) or two (2) meats are available with each meal. Each meal comes with your choice of a potato item and two (2) vegetables. Meals also include rolls, condiments, fresh-brewed ice tea (unsweetened with lemon cuts) and coffee. Prices will vary depending upon choice of menu and number of people.

We provide foam dinner plates, plastic or foam cups, true silverware, paper napkins and plastic table coverings. We can also provide white linen skirting for the head table, h’orderves/snack table and wedding cake table. Note: China plates are available if desired; there is an additional fee of $1.00 per person added to your total cost for the china plates.

 

USE OF THE HALL

By booking your event you will have use of the hall for four (4) hours. If your event is to run longer than the four (4) hours allotted, an additional fee for each additional hour is to be paid to the Bar. Nothing is to be hung from the ceiling or on any walls in the hall. No bird seed, bubbles or rice in the hall or lobby. No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises. All alcohol must be purchased through the fire company.  By booking your event with us, arrangements can be made to decorate for your event. Your four (4) hour time starts when your event begins.

BAR SERVICES

The Leipsic Volunteer Fire Co. bar is licensed under the Delaware State Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).  All of our servers (bartenders) are trained and certified by the Delaware ABC Servers Program.  Bar services are provided for a period of four (4) hours.  Extensions can be arranged during the actual event or in advance.  No extensions, sale or serving of alcoholic beverages will extend beyond 1:00am.  All customers requesting bar services for their events must contact the Bar Manager at 302-242-6753.
